I work with language, stories, and systems—moving between interpretation, research, and narrative work in cultural and brand contexts, guided by a design mindset.

I have been based in southern Taiwan for most of my life. A year spent studying in Bristol as a child first shaped my interest in language and art, later leading me to study Foreign Languages and Literature, and then Creative Industries Design at National Cheng Kung University. My research explores creative practitioners’ personal branding processes through storytelling strategies, exploring how identity, narrative, and practice take shape over time. Along the way, I interned in public service research at the Taiwan Design Research Institute, began my career supporting communication projects for international NGOs, and designed and facilitated workshops for brands and university courses. I also regularly serve as an interpreter in university settings and international artist residencies across southern Taiwan.

I don’t see translation as an attempt of replacing one language to another, but as a way of adding perspective to ongoing conversations. My work grows from close observation—of language, place, and the small details that often become the beginning of another story.
