I have been based in southern Taiwan for most of my life. A year spent studying in Bristol as a child first shaped my interest in language and art, later leading me to study Foreign Languages and Literature and Creative Industries Design.

My work has gradually moved across translation, storytelling, research, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Along the way, I interned in public service design research, supported communication projects for international NGOs, designed and facilitated workshops for brands and university courses, and worked as an interpreter in university settings and international artist residencies across southern Taiwan.

Today, my practice focuses on cultural research, interpretation, and cross-cultural collaboration. I am particularly interested in how locally grounded knowledge can be understood across different languages, disciplines, institutions, and publics—and how research can be translated into meaningful frameworks, narratives, and forms of exchange.

I don’t see translation simply as replacing one language with another, but as a way of bringing new perspectives into ongoing conversations. My work grows from close observation—of language, place, relationships, and the small details that often become the beginning of another story.
